• USE ONLY THE SPECIFIED BULBS. DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE!

PREPARING FOR INSTALLATION

Remove all of the contents from the carton. See the important

notes above. Shut off the power at the circuit breaker and

completelyremovetheoldxturefromtheceiling,includingthe

oldmountingstrap.

Mountingstrap(B)containsseveralpairsofthreadedholes.

Findthepairofholesthatmatchesthespacingoftheholes

onthejunctionbox.Twoofmountingscrews(A)shouldbe

attachedtomountingstrap(B).Youmayneedtotightenthe

nuts(C)thatholdthesescrewsinplace.Placemountingstrap

(B)overthejunctionboxsothatmountingscrews(A)are

pointingdown.Securemountingstrap(B)tothejunctionbox

withmountingscrews(D)andascrewdriver.Tightenthescrews

securely.

Placethexturebodyonaatsurface.Rod(N)isonthexture

wires,butnotattachedtothebodyofthexture.Passthe

xturewiresthroughRod(N)andpullthewiresuntiltaut.Twist

rod(N)ontothexturebodyuntilsecure.Attachrods(M)tothe

hooksonthexturebody.Haveanassistantholdthecanopy

abovethexturebody,thenattachrod(N)tocanopy(F).Attach

rods(M)tothehooksoncanopy(F).Pushthewiresthroughthe

center of canopy (F).

CONNECTING THE WIRES

Haveanassistantorassistantssupportthextureweight

whilecompletingthewiring.Cutawayexcesswire.Attachthe

xture’swirestothepowersupplywiresfromthejunctionbox.

Connect black to black (or smooth); white to white (or ribbed);

groundtoground(greenorcopper).Twisttheendsofthewire

pairstogether,thentwistonawireconnector.Makesureall

twistsareinthesamedirection.Ifthereisnogroundwire(green

orcopper)fromthejunctionbox,locategroundscrew(E)on

mountingstrap(B)andwrapthexturegroundwirearoundthe

greengroundscrew(E).Useascrewdrivertosecureground

screw(E)ontothemountingbracket.Tuckallwiresneatlyinto

thejunctionbox.

FINISHING THE INSTALLATION

Raisecanopy(F)totheceiling.Positionmountingscrews(A)so

thattheyprotrudethroughtheopeningsofcanopy(F).Secure

canopy (F) with decorative nuts (G).

Slidecandlesleeves(Q)overthesockets.Installlightbulbs(O)

(notincluded)inaccordancewiththexture’sspecications.

Placeglassshade(S)ontobottomcap(T).Raiseglassshade

upbeneathbottomassembly(R).Twistbottomnial(U)ontothe

threadsofbottomassembly(R).Tightensecurely.

Your installation is complete. Turn on the power and test the

xture.

CLEANING TIPS

Treat the xture gently! Regular cleaning will reduce the need for deep cleaning. For regular cleaning, turn off the light and wipe down the

xture with a clean lint-free cotton or microber cloth. Never spray cleaner directly onto the xture. For deep cleaning, turn off the light

and remove the glass prior to cleaning. Hand wash glass with warm water and mild detergent. Dry with a lint-free or microber cloth.
